Trusting Relationships and Emotions to Create a Safe Environment

  With the rise of bullying and suicides, I've considered how focusing on emotions contribute to happy students and safe schools. A few years back I read Dan and Chris Heath’s book Switch How to Change Things When Change is Hard. They used an analogy from University of Virginia
